The Lynnwood City Council was expected to vote last night on the creation of a Transportation Benefit District, which would levy a new $20 tax on vehicle registrations within the city. However, the previous public hearing regarding a Hall Lake housing development went long. Council member Stephanie Wright told me it looks like the TBD vote will be rescheduled for May 24.
