Finding Connection Workshop

This workshop for adults is presented by Girls on the Run of Snohomish County. Girls on the Run offers programs designed to inspire girls of all abilities to recognize and embrace their inner strength and make meaningful connections with others. We are excited to offer a 90 minute workshop for grown-ups using these teaching tools as a foundation, to help you find your YOU, understand the importance of making connections, and unlock your power and potential. We will use group activities, journaling, and gentle movement to explore these topics (there is NO running involved!). There will be time for socializing, and light appetizers.

In today’s unpredictable world, the strategies that girls in the Girls on the Run program learn are more important than ever.

We are excited to create a space for adults to experience what Girls on the Run encompasses with a focus on YOU. Connect and learn from one another.
