Whether you know it from its location nestled along Alderwood Parkway or its catchy jingle about never growing up, Toys R Us’s Lynnwood location has been a local hub for the iconic children’s mega-store.
This week, the store will be closing its doors for good. Toys R Us stores have been closing all over the country since March, when the franchise announced that they would be shutting down due to financial struggles and the growing competition with electronics and games.
But the charm of physical toys can leave a legacy, so Lynnwood Today is asking the public to send in their stories about Toys R Us.
If you or your family has a story or experience involving Toys R Us that you’d like to share with us, send it to LynnwoodTodayEditor@gmail.com.
