Fre women’s self defense workshop
October is domestic violence awareness month! Please join us as Lynnwood Police and Bellevue Police collaborate to present a FREE women’s only self defense workshop. Officers will join together to empower women in our community. Bring a friend, daughter, family member, and join us for an afternoon of fun, learn life saving skills, and information on domestic violence from our Domestic Violence coordinator, Tiffany Krusey!
No experience is necessary, 12 years and older, fitness/workout attire recommended.
