At 5 PM Wednesday award winning teen fantasy author Rachel Hartman will be signing her newest book at Barnes & Noble Alderwood.
Her first book, SERAPHINA, has received starred reviews and honors from major sources all over the country and now she follows it with part two: SHADOW SCALE. This series imagines a world ruled by dragons with great subtlety, much relevance and great character development.
